"We asked for handicap accessible, but this hotel does not understand the requirements for handicap access means a wheelchair should be able to access the shower and slide under the sink. Plus handicap should be on the first floor for emergencies."

"Check in was very pleasant and quick (despite our late hour of arrival). Appreciated the free bottle of water and options available in the market. My room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom / amenities. The TV was fantastic (especially helpful that, after a long and stressful day of travel, I didn't have to work through 1500 different menus to get to shows that I like). Breakfast buffet was plentiful and had lots of options (I do not have dietary restrictions, so that may not apply to all guests since the options did lean heavy toward dairy and animal proteins as well as breads). Well located in a busy part of the area near major interstate. Only issue I had was noise from the aforementioned interstate. (Room 207 facing highway)."
