Comfortable bed, large double room that was quiet. Metro 100 yards away from hotel . Staff were pleasant and friendly although the lady as i checked in was a bit grumpy and didnt smile much. Breakfast was very good although the fruit juices werent kept cold , but the bacon was hot ! I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

OK but you can do better.
I stay in Warsaw twice a year for up to 5 nights each time. Stayed in various hotels. I was not keen on location as there wasn't much around the area. Bit soulless but functional. The bar at the top of the hotel was rather dreary.

Room was a little small but the bed was big and comfortable. No storage for suitcases, would be nice to have some shelves to unpack and put clothes away. Not a big deal though. Great location, very convenient walking distance to bars and clubs around. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel and public transportation right next to the place. Highlight of my stay was BREAKFAST, clearly amazing, very big food selection, everything fresh and tasty. Will stay again when in Warsaw.

Lovely stay
I had a great time staying at the Holiday Inn Express Warsaw. The space was beautifully decorated for the holidays, however I will say the perfumed lobby was a little strong. The room was a great size and the breakfast was really great! So much variety and everything was yummy. Great location to get to the metro and had great access to some shops. Thank you!

I liked clean modern wibe, easy interaction with staff, great variety of choces at the breakfast buffet. The only thing that would make stay more comfortable is having extra shelves or cabinets, but that would not prevent me to stay the property again.

Great place to choose
The hotel is brand new sharing a building with Crowne Plaza. Well located, only a 15 min taxi ride from Chopin Airport . Room was very comfortable . Breakfast was excellent .

The elevators were the best. Very good breakfast. We booked with confirmation, that dinner was included in the price. We did not get that. The hotel staff said they don't offer dinners because they don't have restaurant. So, we did not get them.

We never had any option with dinner and following our brand standard we most probably won't have them in the future. Following "simple smart travel" rule Holiday Inn Express brand is designed for short stays including accommodation and the breakfast that is additional to accommodation. The "confirmation" you had is just standard information about all of the hotels, that information states that reservations with dinner package includes dinner up to 2 person and in your reservation it was not included. The part that you provided us was that information and your confirmation didn't have any information that dinner is included as there was never that type of package available. We are sorry for the fact that it was confusing for you, but although you claim otherwise dinner package wasn't included and we don't have that type of package available. Perfect spot to appreciate Warsaw.
Great experience from check in to check out. Excellent location at the heart of centrum, and an easy taxi to the airport in twenty five minutes the following morning. We'd asked for a higher room and the receptionist gave us the highest floor of the Holiday Inn section. Breakfast was also top, with great coffee.

Open shower cabin is a terrible idea, water all over the bathroom at all times and needed to use all towels just to keep the floor dry. Also no internet TV (Netflix) there was one night we couldn’t leave the room, would’ve been nice to watch a movie. That seems like a standard amenity at this point so that should be figured out.

Best Hotel Ever!!
It was our first time staying in Warsaw. We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and the price for 5 nights was very affordable for us. When you entered the hotel, you are welcomed by friendly staff. Inside the hotel, it’s looks very tidy and you get a homely vibe from it. Our room was spotless and tidy at all the time. We like to thank the cleaner of our room. She always kept our room tidy when we were gone during the day. Hotel isn’t far from Zlote Tara’s ( a massive shopping centre). We thank the hotel for making our first visit to Warsaw amazing.

Pretty perfect. The only thing I missed was a mini fridge. Also was surprised at the lack of a personal safe, but this was not a deal breaker. Breakfast was great. My parents stayed on the same floor as me and were also quite happy. Room layouts are very convenient, everything is new and pleasant. Would come back.
