I didn’t like being asked to go to the basement for breakfast when others were asked to stay on the bright ground floor. I think minorities are more sensitive to being lowered standards applied.

An outstanding customer service and a perfect place to stop in Warsaw. The recent renovations have made the room very attractive. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was high quality. We alway enjoy the breakfast and it gives us a great start of the day. The location allows for an easy access to all the attractions.

A nice big hotel in the centre of Warsaw. Across the road from The Palace of Culture and Science and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

It was a short two-day stay. Perfect location of the hotel. The single beds in the room are a bit too narrow. Disturbing noise from the elevators in the room opposite the elevator exit.

Perfect choice for Warsaw
Perfect location on the crossing of 2 main communication lines (trams, buses, metro) Walking distance to the old town, restaurants and shopping. #175 airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Choice of cafes around for breakfast. We always stay here despite small rooms.

Excellent location, close to everywhere. Public transportation is nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety. We arrived on Friday 29 September at ten o'clock in the morning and yet we got the room before the check-in time The staff and waiters are very kind and helpful. Hotel is super well located besides the big roundabout called Centrum. If you don’t like city noise, don’t ask a room facing the roundabout and the main tower. Staff was very helpful and helped add some softness to the mattress. Ghe breakfast was super good.

A good location to see all the main attractions with a good bus and tram service. I found the staff to be capable and polite but not as helpful as I had expected. On checking in the person who dealt with me seemed disinterested although this was my only bad experience. All the hotels in the area will suffer the same problem...every night and all night you can hear police sirens. That said i felt safe everywhere I went. Plenty of bars and restaurants close to the hotel. The bedroom are very clean and comfortable
