We were given a family room despite having booked a twin, it was huge, 5 beds!! Towels, bedding, sheets etc were crisp and clean. Room was themed which was quite amusing, I'll bet the kids love these rooms. Dinner was also very well received. Icing on the cake was two free pints with our meal. The price for the night was less than £55 which again was great value for money. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a change from the Purple Palace. Free parking near to the entrance. The food was nice at the restaurant, and the staff are lovely. The room was nice and big. They have all that is needed when you stay for work purposes. The internet connection is superb. The staff is ever so nice and helpful. The rooms are always clean. The location was great short walk to the park and great parking options. We did find that the hotel was a little dated and we were disappointed that the restaurant in the hotel was closed so we had to find somewhere else to eat on site.
