« Our experience staying here for the past 4 years , about 3-4 times per year, continues to be excellent. The staff are all kind and professional. They all go outta their way including Graciela and Rinaldo, who ensure the guests get a top-notch breakfast experience . « The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room. »

« Front door of the property broken. Swimming pool closed down for supposed maintenance.Stains on the carpet, cigarette burns in the curtains. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. Staff refused to honor a noon check out instead of the regular checkout time of 11 AM. The extra hour would’ve cost me an additional $25. Make sure you check Google reviews and do not just rely on Expedia reviews. That was my mistake. »

« When my daughter and I entered Room 210 the bedsheets were soiled from feces and blood. The bed cover had numerous cuts and holes. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and there was a large amount of mold inside the bathroom. I told Rick at the front lobby who did not apologize nor offered another room as I would have to pay extra for another room. He cancelled my reservation and told me to get my refund from Expedia. « They were doing some rehab so the property and stairwells were dirty. The room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Ran out of coffee and milk at breakfast. »

« AC worked well, sink took some muscle to turn on and off, definitely not easy to use! Rooms were very small for the price paid. Area was clean though, older facility for sure. It worked for just a place to rest! »
