Cons - 1.Approach road for alomost 3 km from main road needs to be updated. 2\. Certain visual aspects of the property like final finishes should be upgraded. 3\. should have a wifi and local connectivity. We were lucky to have jio connections which worked fine but not sure of the other connections. 3\. "
