Beautiful home in Zerpenschleuse

Experience a wonderful vacation at the Zerpenschleuse in a vacation home with Scandinavian flair.



The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is located in the north of Brandenburg, between water, meadows and forests. Due to the large panoramic windows, the vacation home is particularly bright and friendly. In the living room on the first floor you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fire of the fireplace stove. Firewood is available for a fee. Entertainment is provided by a Smart TV.



But not only in the house you can spend wonderful hours. On warm summer days, the terrace with high-quality garden furniture offers a wonderful place to relax. Here you can have a leisurely breakfast and prepare delicious meals on the grill.



A private boat mooring is available for rent through the local service office for a fee.



In the immediate vicinity of the Zerpenschleuse harbor village are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses. Zerpenschleuse is located in an area rich in forests and water and offers many opportunities for recreation. Hiking and cycling are just a few ways to pass the time here. By car you can reach many other tourist attractions in the area. Information can be found in the guest folder in the house.



In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.

Die Ausstattung war angenehm und vollkommen ausreichend.

Die Ausstattung war angenehm und vollkommen ausreichend.Der Schuppen war geräumig, sodass viel Raum für Fahrräder und sonstigem Zubehör verstaut werden konnte.Das Frühstück konnte man selbst bei sommerlichen Temperaturen auf der Terrasse genießen , da diese süd-westlich gelegen ist. Ab Mittag hätte man sich die Möglichkeit eines Sonnensegels, oder eine beschattete Terrasse gewünscht, was aber nicht negativ für das Objekt spricht.Ein Zaun wäre für den Hund von Vorteil gewesen, damit dieser sich frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen könnte. So waren wir aus Sicherheit gegenüber der anderen Urlaubern auf die Leine zwingend angewiesen.Das Obergeschoss wurde fast ausschließlich durch die Kids genutzt und bis auf etwas zu weiche Matratzen dort haben wir nichts negatives vernommen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für die Bekleidung in den Schubladenschränken. Und auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Vorraum wurden ausgiebig genutzt.Da die Fenster im OG scheinbar keinen Sonnenschutz / Vorhänge hatten, muss man im Sommer dort mit erhöhten Zimmertemperaturen rechnen.Das EG bot mit Couch und Sessel zwei bis drei Personen eine Gute Sicht auf den Tv und der Esstisch in der Küche bis sechs Personen ausreichend Platz zum Essen.Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet für den Urlaub, sodass man nichts vermisst hat.Das Duschbad war geräumig eingerichtet und selbst die kleine Waschmaschine wurde als sehr angenehm leise empfunden, als wir sie nutzten. Das Schlafzimmer im EG hatte ein sehr bequemes Doppelbett und einen riesigen Kleiderschrank vorzuweisen.Kurzum, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in diesem kleinen Häuschen.
