I’ll get Straight to the point. The apparent was not what the advertised. The photos that they used was of a nicer bigger and better unit. Wasn’t the CLEANLIEST, but also want the worst I’ve ever seen. I found a silver fish in the bathroom and you see a lot of dust in corners. As well as expired food past BB in kitchen. My main point is wifi. There wasn’t any. It was not properly hooked up. I tried to email, and called 2 numbers that they provided. One number said it was disconnected. The other number was an AI bot. I ended up having to call the number on the router and the guy on the phone walked me through the issue( they didn’t hook it up properly, so I had to.) they never got back to me, acknowledged my issue or apologized. Was incredibly frustrating. I very highly do not recommend. The unit did have laundry that worked fine but when I checked in there was towels and bedsheet in the dryer. For the washroom they did add a lot of different soaps, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and extra that was good. But not enough to make up for lack of support after I tried to reach out for HOURS. And a few issues here and there I took photos of so they didn’t try and blame me. Love this place! by far my fave hotel in Toronto.
