"We very much enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. My 86 mother and I wanted to fish and this rental had easy access to a wonderful dock. Everything we needed was provided and more. The bedrooms are nice, 2 king beds a plus. The only missing upgrade would be in the bathroom in the front of the home. The shower is old and showerhead was way too short for anyone over 5’9. I did not go in the other bathroom so can’t speak to that one."

"We fell in love with this property from the moment we opened the doors. It was perfect for our family. We were supposed to go fishing, but mother nature reared her head and it rained. The lodge was amazing with so much space and areas to relax. There was room for all of us to play games together or break off for pool, shuffle board or ping pong. The covered areas outside were a real blessing with the rain we had. We will definitely be returning, and hopefully for longer than a weekend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The owner was very nice and helpful. The house was spacious and clean. Although the older people couldn’t go down to the lake (80 steep steps) the others had a great time fishing on the nice pier. As an added bonus, we were all able to see the total eclipse while we were there!!!! It was a great stay!!!"
