« Every thing was great , front end staff very nice. Only problem was the cleaning staff the morning we departed out of room 213. She was at the door and we was telling her the person that had the room prior to our stay left a women’s top. She wouldn’t listen only said, in English. I don’t speak English. Really??? Service staff should be required to know English . What if I was having a heart attack??? Could she help me then? She just walked away . »

« I got bit by bugs in my bed both nights and had to switch rooms the second night. I asked them to switch my sheets after the first night because obviously they didn’t when I found bugs in my pillow cases. I want my money back »

« I booked a stay here paid for it online then when we got to the hotel since I didn’t have my physical card they turned us away and said if we don’t have the card we can’t stay and we don’t get the money but I had my card online my virtual card which is the same as my physical card but still turned us away. Just got into town late and had to place other to stay »

« Not a lot of outlets to charge your phone, which you will need your box to plug in as they don't have the USB option. If you bring a computer and need to charge it, may have to unplug the microwave to use that outlet, or have to put it on one side of the bed; which was where the 4 outlets where. Toilet in bathroom was very low to the floor. Ceiling tile in bathroom close to shower had water spot, so must have been a leak at some point. Otherwise it was a good place to lay your head.
