The swing in the backyard was a hit with our two girls and the location was great for the things we wanted to do. The house itself however, was dirty. There was still pet hair from the animal before us (our dog doesn't shed and is black, this was white hair and it was everywhere), the dishes were not all clean. The entire upstairs is in need of remodelling. Curtains would have been helpful for sleeping. The lock to enter/exit the house was not easy to use. The agency that manages the property was not at all communicative. I complained because the upstairs bathroom sink was leaking. No one came to fix it.
