There was no hot or even warm water for my shower this morning ! There was hot water in the sink. I told the front desk & they offered for me to shower in another room. By that time I was dressed & ready to leave. Very disappointing.

Don’t understand some of the bad reviews cause we’ve stayed here 4 times now over the past year and have always thought it was a great and clean place.

Could not reach the front desk for needed towels and clogged toilet. Had to walk down to front desk. Front desk not super helpful with the toilet request. She asked me to track down housekeeping when I saw them (this is after I couldn't reach them using room phone, and personal cell, and had to walk down 3 flights of stairs to make the request). Seems like front desk was short handed and unable to offer quality customer service. Housekeeping was very friendly and happy to assist. Room cleanliness ok. Hair on floor and in shower (yuck). Dirty wall next to bed where kids had put dirty feet while laying in the bed. Corners of room and bathroom dusty/hairy. Looks like they do bare minimum clean in between guests, not a thorough cleaning job of room or bathroom. Housekeeping only brought two towels into room each day, even though we book as room with 4 people. Had to track down more towels multiple times. It was an ok stay, nothing horrible, but nothing exceptional.

Areas of my room and bathroom were not properly cleaned upon my arrival. On the last day of my stay I found a bedbug on one unused bed in my double bed room. I notified the front desk upon my departure and also sent an email to the hotel manager. I did not receive a return response from the hotel manager. I hope these unacceptable conditions are resolved for future patrons.

The property has electric vehicle charging stations within walking distance of the hotel. Gas stations and restaurants within walking distance. The facility was clean and the breakfast had turkey options which was great. The gym had enough for me to get in my workout before checking out. There is no carpet in the rooms very clean.
