I am so sorry you left thinking these things, but let me assure you we have not had any bed bugs in this hotel, now or before as you stated. It is my hope to make you feel better about whatever it is you might have saw. As to the linens not being cleaned or changed, let me assure you that is highly unlikely as well. Though I am assuring you these things aren’t possible, I am also aware this doesn’t change your experience. For that I am truly sorry. I will add that we always advise guests to inform the front desk of any situations, as they would do their absolute best to accommodate/find solutions for any problem experienced. It is our goal to make each guest happy, and this can only be accomplished if we are made aware of any incidents that occur while they are with us! It is distressing to see you booked your room here with us based off the breakfast offered as we do not offer or advertise an included breakfast at all. The complimentary breakfast voucher is something we offer as an added bonus, but no means an advertised inclusion with your room fee…and we truly are sorry for any misinformation you may have received!It is great to see you enjoyed both your clean room, and our staff…as this we do offer to each and every guest we welcome!! Upon checking all lower level rooms of your room type were indeed already rented by your 5:22 pm check in time. We also encourage guests to contact our front desk with any special requests ahead of time to ensure they can be granted, as third party reservations do not usually get sent with notations that relay such needs.
