Had a first floor room which was nice but wish it was a floor or two up for personal reasons. Nice family trip to Montauk and loved it for first timer. "

"Imagine a Super 8 motel or even something lower‑level that just put in new furniture and a new bathroom, but everything else stayed the same. It’s really not worth this price, to be honest. The rooms are clean but actually very small, and the hotel isn’t on the beach, there’s a dune and a road in between. Very bad insulation, you can hear people and their TVs from the rooms next to you."
