A compact yet functional kitchen is on hand to prepare scrumptious holiday meals, and three bedrooms offer a comfortable place for everyone to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves lapping at the shore. In the morning, grab your sunblock and a towel and hit the beach, popping back for a bite to eat. Or why not wander, cycle, or drive down the road for an ice-cream at the Waimarama Store. If you’re wanting to explore some scenic spots, a 17-minute drive will find you at Maraetotara Falls, or take a hike in the Mohi Bush Scenic Reserve, an 18-minute drive away.
