Island Sands 612 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 6th floor accessible by an elevator. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twins (that can be converted to a King) in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom boasts spectacular ocean views, an ocean view lanai, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. You can enter the master bathroom through the master bedroom or living room area. The master bedroom also features large sliding doors that open fully to the living room, creating a spacious wide floor plan and combining the living room and master bedroom floor-to-ceiling slider windows for panoramic ocean views! The guest bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and a privacy door in the hallway that can be closed to create a completely separate living area enclosing the front door, guest bedroom, and guest bathroom. A washer and dryer are located in the condo for added convenience.

There is a brand new split A/C in the living room and guest bedroom (covering the front and back of the condo), ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making meals where you can enjoy ocean views while you prep! Panoramic ocean views with dramatic Haleakala in the distance! This top floor, end unit is sure to impress. Five miles of perfect sandy beach where turtles love to play await below. During the winter months, sit front row on our expansive lanai as many whales breach in view. Walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions from this resort. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.
