Dog friendly 4 bed bungalow overlooking Polzeath Beach
It accommodates up to 7 guests and & has 2 main bathrooms and a separate toilet, lounge, kitchen & stunning conservatory. The outside area is complimented by a large garden that is fenced off and secure. There is a variety of garden furniture to suit all requirements which makes it easy to sit back, relax & enjoy the views/sunsets whilst having pre-bbq/dinner aperitifs.
Curlew has been completely renovated in 2021 which makes it an even more unforgettable waterfront holiday that you will treasure forever. Every room has a sea view and all decor and furniture in the property has been tastefully chosen along with artwork which compliments the light painted walls. It is modern and airy and from the second you walk through the front door into the kitchen you will feel at home. The kitchen is brand new, with all new appliances and is very well equipped for all your
catering needs. There is a utility room with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. When departing the kitchen, you are led through the hallway to the first bathroom on the left. This has a shower/bath, toilet and sink. All bath & hand towels are provided including bath mats. Opposite the bathroom is the lounge which has a brick built fireplace in and pale blue sofas positioned opposite each other along with a relaxing chair in front of the patio doors displaying more breathtaking views. Further along the hallway there is the first small double sized bedroom and next to this one is the king size one. From here you approach the conservatory that houses a dining table and seating area. On cooler evenings, the open fire in the lounge is a great addition to the central heating, perfect for a cosy night in to enjoy the variety of books or board games balancing on the nearby shelves. At the end of the bungalow there is another shower room and a separate toilet as well as the staircase leading to the two upstairs dormer bedrooms. One has two single beds in and the other just one. Parking is available for 2 cars. There is an outside shower area which is perfect if you have just come off the beach. Due to the recent pandemic, please note that Curlew is cleaned to an even higher level following Covid levels of cleanliness.
