Families will love Polzeath’s surfing beach and the safe sands of Daymer Bay (2 miles), while TV fans can visit Port Isaac (7 miles), famous for Doc Martin. For a day out, Tintagel Castle (13 miles) offers a taste of Arthurian legend. Closer to home, golf enthusiasts can take on the championship course at St Enodoc Golf Club, right on Rock’s edge.




Step into the welcoming hallway and you’ll find two ground-floor bedrooms, one king-size, one Queen size and en-suite bathrooms, alongside a large games room where you can play pool or table tennis, plus a handy utility room. Head upstairs to the gorgeous lounge, which has bi-fold doors opening out onto a decked terrace with sweeping sea views. Unwind here after days of Cornish adventure, sinking into the soft sofas and catching up on your favourite series on the Smart TV.
