Our beautiful cottage is almost 100 years old! We love it because it is new meets old from the floors on up! We love our up-and-coming neighborhood and watching Waco come back to life! We are 3-4 blocks to Magnolia and just a half mile from Baylor. We are 2-3 blocks from lots of restaurants. We have private parking and a security system if needed. It was close to Baylor, the grease pit and the Silos! I was able to wash and dry clothes which was so convenient. The home was neat, nicely decorated comfortable and relaxing. The cottage was clean, cozy and comfortable for my two daughters and I. We were in Waco for a long weekend, doing all the iconic things Waco had to offer. It was a short walk to Magnolia and a 5ish min drive to everything else. The owner was so kind and helpful, answering any questions we had. She also left goodies for us to snack on. So sweet!
