Featuring a full kitchen, luxury shower with dual shower heads, and a 5th level view of downtown Waco, The Suspension Bridge and McLane Stadium. Watch the sunrise over the horizon from the comfort of bed & plan your day browsing the many locally owned shops downtown, visiting the Dr. Pepper Museum across the street or easily walking to the Magnolia Silos. Incredible location for all things Waco. Free parking just across the street. Our condo has most everything you would have at your own home. A fully stocked kitchen, coffee makers, new appliances, comfortable beds and a cozy living space. Boho Bungalow is located on the 5th floor of the Behrens Lofts in downtown Waco. Built in 1913 for the Behrens Drug Company, this fireproof concrete building survived the devastation of the 1953 Waco tornado & are now offered as luxury condos. Truly unique in preserving all the industrial charm & characteristics of the past, flawlessly blending old factory details with modern amenities & design concepts. We are within walking distance of The Silo District and some of the best restaurants & shopping Waco has to offer. If you are interested in activities around Baylor University like McLane Stadium, Texas Ranger Hall Of Fame & Museum, Texas Sports Hall Of Fame, you can take the shuttle that picks up just two blocks from the building. If you are bringing children, we highly recommend the Mayborn Museum or the Cameron Park Zoo. Long term renters welcome. We plan on visiting Waco again and when we do we will 100% be staying here again! Location was everything! We walked everywhere!!!!!! The Vrbo was very clean and stylish and felt very safe! It was a great Loft, located in downtown Waco, and walkable to many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The property managers were communicative and responsive. It is gorgeous, the location is perfect, and overall spotless. We loved the location and were able to walk to almost every place we wanted to visit in Waco.
