Easy access to Lake Wabamun, Marina & Fishing all year, Art & other Festivals during summer.Portable A/C. Wabamun Provincial Park, 5 min, the Town of Stony Plain & Spruce Grove, 20 min. The beach and water play park will be close June 2024-May 2025 for renovations. Edmonton City drinking Water. Check in time 3:00pm Check out time 12:00 noon. Absolutely no pets Come to Relax. The space A beautiful and cozy place to forget the busy life in the city. Wabamun Village offers you a nice local artist place to shop and a very unique coffee shop, and don't miss the pizza and ice cream at The Yellow Submarine. Nice walk along the marina. The beach and water park will be close June2024-May2025 The house has a single attached garage to park your car, games for the rainy days and a fireplace to keep you warm. A nice view to the lake from master bedroom. This is a great place to relax, just bring yourself and the food you would like to eat or you can always order your meal. Wi-fi. Had the grandchildren and parents over for dinner and it worked out well…Lots of seating and the kitchen is well equipped. This was our first VRBO and Scarlett made sure it was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints at all! They have provided such a wonderful getaway. I will be going back if they so allow us ! Walking distance to the marina, community park, convenience store and ice cream shop. It was an 8 minute drive to the provincial park beach.
