"Good location, staff was friendly and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. My room was next to the staff-restaurant door so it was pretty noisy from around 5 am. "

"Great rooms, great amenities, everything is generally great but on this visit, I requested a wake-up call as I had to catch an early flight. The wake-up call never came though I stressed its importance. Thankfully, my sixth sense startled me awake at just the right time. For an airport hotel, I would hope that this would be a "sure thing". Otherwise, very good"

" I would never stay at a property managed by this company again. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. My room wasn’t ready at check-in time, and no one seemed to care. When I finally entered the room, it was dirty, with a lot of dust, and the pillows were old and completely flat. I went to the front desk to ask for extra pillows, but the staff member told me that was impossible. If something happens, there is no one you can talk to who is willing or able to help. There is no management available, and the staff lack basic problem-solving skills. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience."

"The hotel is under major construction which was not advertised. The hotel entrance has been closed as a result so you have to walk through another hotel to check in. The lobby and by the elevators is dirty, dusty and did not feel safe due to everything being uncompleted and under construction. When we checked in we were told that our room wouldn't be ready for another 1.5 hours even though we arrived at 3pm when our room should have been ready. That's okay though, I know it is a busy time so we weren't too fussed. However, when we were then allowed to check in, we went to our room to find out that the room was under construction! No furniture, electrical wires hanging everywhere and cement dust wafting around. When we went back to reception to get a different room, the woman working the desk had no idea! So we had been made to wait 1.5 hours over our check in time for a room that was unliveable! We were then given a different room which luckily was not under construction however it wasn't without fault. The toilet seat wasn't connected to the toilet, the door would close properly unless you spend 5 minutes slamming it shut and the room smelt like painting fumes and concreate dust was everywhere which made my allergies and asthma go a bit crazy. Overall, I understand the hotel wants to continue operating while under construction however it was very disappointing that they don't offer a disclaimer when you book/check in. We were quite disap and unhappy with our stay."
