The holiday home is a terraced house and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in the centre of the village, close to the old town. The residence is popular also because of its quiet location. For exclusive use are available: terrace and garden furniture.

Vrbnik, district Vrbnik. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). A private parking space is 200 m from the building.
