For shared use: property 2'000 m2, trees, meadow, swimming pool heated (8 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 01. Jun.). (swing, sandbox). Private: swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 14. Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Available: bicycles (3) (extra). Breakfast and half board possible (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 3.2 km, pebble beach 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Local sale of farm products.

When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Wir haben hier 10 Tage mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) verbracht. Vorweg: Wer Luxus sucht, ist hier falsch. Das Haus ist urig, gemÃŒtlich und wirkt auf den Fotos etwas größer, bietet aber auch mit 7 Personen völlig ausreichend Platz. Da das Leben durch die tolle, große ÃŒberdachte Terrasse ohnehin draußen stattfindet, fÀllt das drinnen kaum ins Gewicht. Der Poolbereich ist super sauber und mit genÃŒgend Liegen ausgestattet.*Zum Haus:*Aufteilung & Schlafen: Die Betten sind recht weich (Geschmackssache). Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und knarzt ÃŒber alle drei Stockwerke, wenn man sich bewegt. Das Dachgeschoss mit drei Einzelbetten ist perfekt fÃŒr Kinder: Erwachsene

Perfekte Unterkunft fÃŒr Uns

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (6,6,10 und 12) und im Juni 2025 fÃŒr 9 Tage zu Gast und fÃŒr uns hat es perfekt gepasst.  Die Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend groß und die Kinder haben ihr Reich unterm Dach geliebt. Die ÃŒberdachte Terrasse ist fantastisch, egal ob morgens, mittags oder abends und der Pool war auch spitze! S. und Ihr Mann sind ganz tolle Gastgeber! FÃŒr den Start ist auch alles da, Klopapier, GewÃŒrze, Zucker, Grill Kohle... Wir waren sehr zufrieden *****

Unterkunft

Unterkunft war gut. Nur schade das man sich nicht deutsch mit der Vermieterin unterhalten konnte. WÌrde die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen wer Englisch kann. Finde das einchecken sehr spÀt. ToilettenbÌrste könnte mal gewechselt werden. GaststÀtte nebenan hat geschlossen. Also braucht man stÀndig das Auto. Vermieterin ihr Essen schmeckt nicht besonders.

netter Urlaub

Das Haus sieht flÀchenmÀßig auf den Fotos grösser aus. Wir haben mit 6 Personen gerade genug Platz gehabt. Das Zimmer unter dem Dach ist nicht sehr hoch, selbst die Kinder konnten nicht aufrecht stehen. Somit bietet sich das hauptsÀchlich nur fÃŒr kleinere Kind als Schlafzimmer an.
