Habiamos reservado para el finde afectado por el temporal de nieve y estuvo informándonos del estado de las carreteras durante el dia anterior y el dia de la salida. "This was a huge suite, on two levels. We'd asked for a cathedral view and we certainly got one - excellent. Lovely suite and the hotel was so central to everything. We wished we were staying another night.. Maybe next time. "

"Very good hotel in the middle of the city. The secure parking is excellent and directly below the reception. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant as thanks to the protesting farmers our 6 hour journey took 12 hours instead of 6! The late hour of arrival made it a bit of a hobsons choice but it turned out that every cloud has a silver lining! The set menu was superb as were the staff. I normally avoid hotel restaurants but if you stay here the set 3 course menu is fabulous and fantastic value for money. "

Hotel in a good location with parking.

"The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city center. Parking around the hotel was free, so we didn’t use the hotel’s garage saving ourselves the daily hotel fee. The bathroom’s radiator had a leak that damaged my winter boots (Uggs) and I had to throw away with no compensation. "
