Disappointing
Run down room, furniture in a bad state, not clean, awful shower, the most stained and old worn towels I ve ever seen, so Many things stained, chipped, dusty :(. One thing is to be an old worn down property another is to also be dirty - not good

Close to local law business
Hotel is more like a service apartment, with cooking area, located in the center. Not many restaurants to choose from but did find those in Main Street leading to the local beach to be good. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Má impressão em relação à higiene.
Roupas de cama e toalhas velhas com aspecto de sujo, ao pedir a troca fui informado que todas as outras estavam no mesmo estado com muitas manchas. A conservação do apartamento deixa a desejar, com aspecto de bastante uso sem limpeza satisfatória, necessita reforma.

O Bristol não tem luxo nas acomodações, mas atende na hospedagem em geral. Bom café da manhã. Oferece garagem coberta no subsolo. Na piscina é necessário um maior cuidado na limpeza (limo na escada e azulejos) e no box da suíte. Localização ótima, quarto silencioso.

Passagem pelo Bristol -Guarapari
Fomos muito bem atendidos pelas funcionárias Mônica e Micheli. Elas são excelentes.Por outro lado, o estabelecimento ofereceu toalhas bem gastas e um café da manhã simples. Se for comparar com o valor pago pela diária com outros estabelecimentos que ficamos, percebe- se que o Bristol tem condições de melhorar.

Surpresa boa
Me surpreendi com o espaço do apartamento. Cozinha americana, área de serviço com tanque, saleta de bom tamanho, quarto bom e banheiro ótimo. Para ser excelente só falta trocar os ar condicionados por splits e mais opções no café da manhã. Localização ótima!

Encontramos um apto antigo, sem manutenção (piso quebrado, tomadas antigas). Televisão sem visão do quarto. Cama com colchão antigo, afundando. Porta da varanda arrastando, com barulho. Estacionamento insuficiente. Wi-Fi muito fraco (meu modem da Claro estava melhor).

Hotel tem potencial prá ser melhor.
Apto 901 no qual fui acomodado requer algumas intervenções de melhoria: renovar o rejunte do piso, substituir o colchão da cama com claro desgaste pelo uso. Café da manhã bem limitado. O secador de cabelo não funvionou.O atendimento do staff é cordial.
