The center’s host site, the Katara Cultural Village, is a vast outdoor complex designed to recreate the Qatar of yesteryear. The Visual Art Center is located within the Katara Cultural Village north of West Bay. The lovely coastal spot offers a sandy beach and plenty of cafés to choose from. Travel by taxi from the center of Doha and you’ll be here in about 20 minutes. The center is open daily in the mornings.
