Our enchanting, romantic Cottage is situated on the famous 750 acre Sunset Canyon Ranch conveniently located for adventures in Zion National Park, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon, and even Las Vegas. After a day of exploring our breathtaking country with the hustle and bustle of other tourists, you can look forward to returning to the comfort of your private Shangri-la.

TV in the bedroom as well as living room. Wood burning fireplace (seasonally) Private patio with bbq, outdoor dining, and year-round hot-tub under the stars. You'll find many amenities in addition to hiking, biking, and exploring Zion Park, including a sport-court for playing pickleball, tennis, or basketball, access to the ranch pool and ping-pong table, catch and release fishing on our pond, and the luxury of getting away to a quiet, peaceful, private domain.

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy one of the many wonderful restaurants in Virgin, Springdale, LaVerkin, or Hurricane. then escape from the bustling crowds back to your own kingdom.

The west side of Zion National Park, only two minutes by car, is one of the best-kept secrets and is home to some of Zion's most famous hikes, including the Subway, West Rim, and Hop Valley. Here you can also investigate ancient caves with Indian Petroglyphs or discover rare dinosaur tracks. The Park's main entrance in Springdale is only 18 minutes away where shuttles will take you to the many other hikes the Park has to offer, such as Angel's Landing, Weeping Rock, Sinewava, and Emerald Pools. You’ll find terrific shopping and dining in Springdale as well.
