The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a wood-burning stove. There is also a shower/WC on this level.

The upper floor boasts an entrance hall with a wood-burning stove and air conditioning. One room on this level has sloping ceilings with a height varying from 135 to 250 cm, featuring one bed measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm long, as well as a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, with access to a balcony.
