« Brand new construction with beautiful modern and clean furnishings. Immaculate interior design. Location could not be beat, especially if you don't have a car on the island! It is down the street from the Vineyard Haven ferry stop for the public bus service, which takes you everywhere you'd want to go on the island. Mike was also incredibly helpful with making sure that everything was ready for our stay and providing local recommendations. »

« When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children...
