The hotel staff was exceptional; friendly, professional, going above and beyond to see that we had a pleasant, relaxing stay. When a larger room opened, Inma offered it to us for the remainder of our stay. Melania and the entire dining staff made sure we tasted the traditional liqueurs and dishes of the Valley. "Standard double room was cosy. Balcony made up for it.Ski resort was a 15 minute drive up the mountain. Bus only at weekends. So car park was busy. Skiing was excellent for all standards. Local atmosphere in Benasque was wonderful. It is best not to book evening meals as there is so much choice. Next year a gondola will be available from Benasque to Cerler. Definitely coming back. "
