### Charming Cottage in Tranquil Village with Private Parking and Baby Equipment

Located in Sologne, the town is the ideal place for a rejuvenating vacation. Walks or bike rides are possible from the village. Villemurlin has a communal pond where you can walk, fish or picnic.  
  
Many visits are possible nearby: Sully sur Loire and its castle (10kms), Lamotte Beuvron (25kms), Gien and its famous earthenware factory (25kms), Briare and its canal (35kms), the Château de la Bussière (40kms), Orléans (45kms).  
The Loir and Cher castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, etc.) are 1 hour away. Charming cottage located in the heart of a town, in a quiet village. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms (1 with a 140 cm double bed and 1 with two 90 cm single beds) and a bathroom with shower.  
The property has a private parking space, a separate entrance and an enclosed courtyard.  
Baby equipment available: high chair and baby bed.  
  
Sheets and towels provided. Heating included. Cleaning not included, billed at €61 for professional rentals.  
Animals are accepted with a supplement of €3.10 per night.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
