House 1 includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. House 2 features a double bedroom, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed. There are also 2 triple rooms with bathroom and private entrance. The villa can accommodate up to 17 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with dedicated workspace, TV in all units, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, beach/pool towels, books and toys for children, as well as a high chair and 2 cots. The private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, hot tub, garden, 5 covered terraces, 2 balconies, barbecue and outdoor shower. The property is close to the beach. You have 10 parking spaces inside the property and 3 in the garage. Pets and smoking are not allowed. There is storage for motorbikes and bicycles.
