We had a great time & the beauty of this vacation home added to our experience. We used the deck every day-enjoyed the solar eclipse on a beautiful afternoon. Love Cape May & this home is close to everything beautiful and delicious!

Perfect spot for a USCG boot camp graduation celebration.
Beautiful. Well decorated. Very responsive owners live right around the corner. We visited in January for our son’s graduation from coast guard boot. And we got to see some snow on the bay. Lovely spot. Please consider and relax.

Seabreeze was perfect for a couple of families to enjoy Thanksgiving and a birthday. Kitchen was well equipped and house was extremely clean. The sunsets over the bay were stunning. Overall a great place to spend time together. Would love to enjoy in summer Bob D

Beautiful house
The house was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed spending time on the upper deck where we got to take in the beauty of the bay and amazing sunsets. The beach was just a few steps away. To get to Wildwood or Cape May was about 15 minute drive. There is a great play room downstairs that unfortunately we didn’t get to use however we will definitely be using it next time.

A serene escape
We loved the location, right next to the bay, where we could experience stunning sunsets and the sound of the ocean at dinner. The house has beautiful bedrooms and a great commons space upstairs where the kids could play while the adults cooked dinner or played cards on the balcony. It’s a short drive to the Cape May County Zoo (highly recommended!). We would love to stay there again.

This is a roomy, bright, spacious house. It worked perfectly for my family. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the owners let us access beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards - very much appreciated. Great location right across from the beach.

Great house with a beautiful view of the bay
We had an great time celebrating my daughter's 13th birthday at Sea Breeze in June, 2023. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Delaware Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunset while exploring the beach each evening. There is a lot of wildlife, including horseshoe and ghost crabs. The house itself was very clean. The pictures are an accurate representation. The master bedroom has beautiful views of the bay, and my kids (now 8, 13 yrs) enjoyed the kid "suite," the largest bedroom in the house. "It was really big and had a TV, and had its own sink and sky windows," as reviewed by 8 year old. The house was also stocked with most of the necessities we needed. It sounds silly, but this is the first beach house we've stayed at that already had toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, hand soap, etc., and it was appreciated. The house is a 15-20 minute drive from most of Cape May, and we enjoyed the public beach there as well. We also explored the Cape May Lighthouse and took a tour of Emlen Physick house, both which I recommend. Overall it was a fun weekend and great experience!

Beautiful Home & Spotlessly Clean!
This is a lovely home! The floor plan is excellent and offers an amazing well stocked kitchen, large breakfast bar and seating for a large family at the table. The kitchen is open to the family room with a lovely view of the bay and several sliding glass doors open onto the large wrap around deck that is ideal for morning coffee or watching the sun sets! I loved having the large pantry for groceries and a nearby powder room on this level! The middle floor has an amazing Master Suite with a private bath that opens onto another, shaded deck and easy access to the fenced front yard. The large vaulted bedroom with twin beds, a futon has a separate sink was ideal for the grandkids! The 2 guest bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bath and both bedrooms have their own TV. The well lighted basement was a fun hang-out for the kids with it's own TV, pool table and more in addition to a full sized washer & dryer. I also need to say that as a Realtor, that this home is very well managed! We found a leak under the kitchen sink on day one and Anthony was there in under 15 minutes to address the issue! He was very professional and kept us informed on the status and timeline for the repair. The housekeepers should also be complimented as this home is very clean! The only suggestion I could offer would be that lightweight blankets be provided in zippered blanket bags be offered, as an option, as the air conditioner really cools off the house quite nicely! Lovely, spacious home across from the bay.
Loved the home, especially the porches and the huge well equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi strength was outstanding and streaming services were active. The location worked for us, we went to the beach in Cape May and also in Wildwood. Everything we needed was there and we would stay again.

Beautiful Home and Great Location
Such a beautiful home and so well equipped! Love the location; close enough to get to the hustle and bustle of wildwood or cape May but tucked away for a quiet night when needed. Our family absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Great views, fabulous home!
We were all very impressed with the style, decorating and perfect maintenance! It was just what we were looking for, for our family reunion and for access to the Birding Festival. The upstairs “great room” with kitchen and living room looking out to the ocean was awesome! We were also pleasantly surprised with the downstairs family room with ping pong and pool table! The only thing I would suggest is to add two fold out luggage valets or perhaps a foot locker at the base of the bed in the master, as the closet was locked for owner use.

The house is amazing, the online pictures do not do the property justice! Location is perfect with the beautiful view of the bay and the most amazing sunsets. It's close enough to attractions but just far enough out from the hustle in bussel where you can actually relax. 5 out of 5 stars all around!!!

Nice house but construction not disclosed
Overall we had a nice stay but unfortunately there was a significant amount of road work directly in front of the house. It was loud and challenging to cross the street to get to the beach area. This shouldn't be an issue if you were to book this house in the future but I was quite disappointed with lack of disclosure about this and even more disappointed with the owner's reply and management's lack of response when bringing the issue up.

Daniel and his family left the home nicely. When they asked for anything they got it. The road construction was not known to any of us up on the beach front till it started a week prior to their arrival. This left the road construction past the home and over one block from in front of the home. We may have possibly moved them to a different home if this was really an issue. Instead after they stayed asked for a refund after their stay.

Fantastic sunsets and local beaches
Had a great visit -- the rental was well appointed. Linens were not included but we arranged through a linen rental company. We love road trips with our dog and have a hard time finding rentals that are pet friendly -- this one had great access to dog friendly beaches, trails and local restaurants, all within 15 minute drive. Beautiful sunset views from the upper decks was a bonus. Perfect for a relaxing four day get away.

Great April Bay Vacay
We had a great time in this house. Managers were quick to help. It is steps from the bay and we had so much fun walking on the beach and driving into Cape May. So many great restaurants and other things to do.
