The staff was fluent in German, Italian and English and very friendly. The breakfast was great, as well as the dinner. Our room had two balconies, with a BREATHTAKING VIEW of the Dolomites. If you have not been to this area of the world, you MUST, and this hotel is a perfect place to take in the beauty of the mountains and peace and quiet of nature.
