The bell boy was absolutely the best. The front desk check in was horrible. We arrived after 3 pm which is check in time and our room was not available. We literally waited 1.5 hours for our room, this was unacceptable. We asked to speak to the manager and were upgraded within 1/2 an hour. We planned this trip months ago, we are Marriott bonvoy members.

During my first 3 o 4 days no hot water and the lobby did not have air condition. We talked to the reception people and they did not care less. to make me happy the offered me a beer and by the way I do not drink. please review who you put in the lobby. they are causing a big damage to the reputation of the Marriott.

This hotel is in a poor condition. Rooms with bad smell (humidity), looks like there has not been any investment in maintenance in the last 5 years.

Hotel is centrally located and easy to get to from the Highway.It is very close to Parque La Choca which is very nice and has hiking and biking pathways and exercise equipment. Also close to Parque La Venta. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall, you do not have to leave the building to enter the mall.

Location is super convenient but it is a little tricky getting into hotel from one direction. (You have to drive down the block to turn around to get in on one side of the street). Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Comfy beds. Nicely landscaped pool area. We definitely will stay here again.
