"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in La Spezia! The location is excellent, right in the city centre with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is also close to the beautiful waterfront, and the train station is about a 15-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it convenient to get around. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and proactive in messaging me before arrival, providing clear instructions on how to access the hotel and explaining the available amenities. Their helpful communication made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The breakfast was another highlight, with generous portions and plenty of food provided. We especially appreciated that we could take away any food we couldn't finish, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location, comfortable accommodation, attentive staff, and generous breakfast. "I enjoyed my stay here. Don’t be put off by having to check in somewhere else, it’s literally 2 doors over! Felt secure because there were three locked doors to get through. 10-15 walk from the railway station, just off the main shopping street. Lots of eating options minutes from the front door. I had a fridge in my room but there was also a kitchen you could use if you wanted, and an outside patio. Would stay again!"

It's a self-check-in stay so there isn't much interaction with any staff upon check in. However, they sent all the relevant information well before I arrived. It is a little noisy if that bothers anyone, but it wasnt an issue for me at all."
