### Villa Bolati, with pool, jacuzzi and garden

New modern villa with a private pool and water tub, a garden, a petanque area, onsite car parking. The terrace with bar gives an exclusive view on the lagoon forest. Outside of the city noise and traffic jams, but only 40 minutes from the airport and 50 minutes from the centre of Abidjan. First floor is occupied by the owner, the second floor with its own entrance, and the bar and terrace on the third floor are for guests. During their stay, guests have the exclusive use of the terraces, pool, water tub and pool-house.

#### Dream place!

An amazing place! Super spacious, very clean and new furnitures. It´s hard to tell from the pictures but you´ll rent the whole second floor of the building with access to the garden and pool. Relatives of the owner lives on floor one but we never saw them outside so we had the pool and garden all to ourself. There is 2 terraces and you can play boule in the garden. There is 3 big bedrooms, a big living room and kitchen with all the tools you need. A very nice breakfast is included. I recommend adding meals for lunch or evening because it was excellent food, and you can choose from their suggestions. Miss this place a lot and will come back when I can.
