Everything was bad, but the cleanliness of the bed and the incredibly poor state of the bathroom made the room uninhabitable. Do these places ever get inspected by Expedia? I understand that I probably paid a 'no refund' rate in advance, but is that enforceable in these circumstances? I would not even give it one star. The bathroom door was broken , bathroom amenities has no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner. Shower head looks like it hasn't been clean in years. The bath towels has dark stained, or yellow stained and the towel has been recycle maybe years. Very expensive though so expected a bit better service. Two guys on reception actually said "no" when we asked for bottles of water. We had to explain we would pay for them and that we were very thirsty. Breakfast was very average. Jun 5, 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Two Nights in Phenon Phem This was a nice hotel in many respects,it was not furnished to Western standards,no drawer space,only a lot of shelf space. Food at the comped breakfast nothing to get excited over.service was lousy to say the least.food allowed to grow cold,never replenished in a timely manner. The restaurant on the first floor was much better,and food was good. The lighting in the room was not as good as I prefer,again not to Western exspectiations.
