It was a quiet hotel and neighborhood; the room was spacious; and the bed was comfortable. I booked this place to be near the Thai embassy, but there are actually two Thai embassies in Vientiane! I didn't realize til later that this hotel was the one further away from the embassy that I needed. During my 3 day stay, the WiFi was very spotty. A deep cleaning of the shower curtain was also needed. There is not much around in the neighborhood, but a short walk will get you to some local restaurants and the park. The breakfast was better the first day than the second. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was a good size and offered all the advertised facilities. The area seemed very safe. There are some bars and restaurants close by. It is about a mile to the main entertainment area but there are plenty or tuk tuks about or it is a twenty minute walk, all very flat. I would happily return. ##### Stephen Stayed 3 nights in Jan 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller Dec 18, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Greeted by the hotel manager who couldn’t have done more for me,real nice room, comfortable bed,good shower, good Internet, great Asian and western breakfast Not right downtown but out where I needed to be and only a five minute ride into town ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### Keisuke Sep 25, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service #### エアコン以外は🙆 部屋は清潔で問題ありません。ただ、エアコンから水漏れがしました。なのでエアコンを切って過ごしました。スタッフの対応は良く、次も利用したいです。 ##### Keisuke Stayed 1 night in Sep 2018 ### 6/10 Okay #### M, Japan Aug 19, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service いつもWiFiが不安定です。 遅くてもつながれば良いですが、過去の滞在中にも数日間インターネット接続不可が必ずあります。 また今回の部屋は温水シャワーがダメで、温水とは言えない常温の水。 さらにしょっちゅう５階のフィットネスルームで昼と夜に鍋をつついている連中はなんとかしてほしい。 フィットネス機器を使いたいけど、横でバタバタするのは気が引けるので。 ##### M Stayed 8 nights in Aug 2018 ### 6/10 Okay #### コロ, 横浜市 May 4, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Staff & service #### せめてレストランがあれば スーペリアルームを利用。2泊3日。 とにかく立地に難あり。市街地から離れており、近くにコンビニやレストラン、貸自転車屋などがほぼありません。そのため、食事や観光のためにはぼったくりトゥクトゥクを使うか、２～３０分歩く必要があります。幸いロビーでドリンクは買えますが（値段も普通）、食事だけはどうにもなりません。もしラオス料理に特にこだわりがないなら、インスタント食品などを日本や空港で調達しておくのも手です。電気ケトルもありますので。（電子レンジはありません） 朝食はまぁまぁ。麺が結構美味しかったです。ただし3日目は8時時点で麺が終わっており、補充もされませんでした。 チェックイン時の対応はぶっきらぼうですが、東南アジアの安ホテルはまぁこんなもんかと。 ただWi-Fiや朝食時間などの案内はこちらから聞かない限りされないのでご注意を。 部屋は広くて綺麗でした。風呂もバスタブつきで、お湯も問題なく出ます。ドライヤーはありません。ペットボトルの水が無料で2本ついてきますが、冷蔵庫は入室時点ではコンセントが抜かれており、水はとてもぬるかったです。 Wi-Fiはかなり不安定。夜遅くなると比較的安定しました。 全部の電灯を点けても結構暗く、特にデスク周りはクローゼットに遮られて明かりも冷房の風も届きません。コンセントの位置もちょっとおかしく、デスク周りにコンセントが全くないのは困りものでした。 それでもこのホテルを選ぶ諸氏には別の目的があると思いますが、詳細は伏せますがそれも大したことないです。 ##### コロ Stayed 2 nights in Apr 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### Yau Wai Apr 18, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### Good.
