Pleasant house in Luberon with swimming pool, France

  • House of 140 m2 with swimming pool, on a plot of 1200 m2 overlooking the Luberon, located in a quiet environment 400 m from the village of Viens where you can find bakery, tobacco bar, supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria and post office .
    We live this house all year with our 3 children, that's why there is a trampoline and a sandbox ...
    South swimming pool with private salt and not shared, secure, 8 m x 4 m with terrace equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs and barbecue.

    North: shaded terrace of 20M ² with table and chairs,

    Ground floor: Lounge with TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet with pantry with washing machine.
    On the floor: Three rooms. A bathroom with bathtub. Toilet.
    WiFi internet throughout the house.
    The medieval village of Viens is located in the Luberon Regional Park near all tourist sites. (Provencal Colorado, Roussillon ocher, Vaucluse fountain, Gordes, Verdon gorges, Moustier, etc ...) Nearby also departure for hiking or mountain biking.

    Non smoking house. Maximum capacity of 8 people. Pets are not accepted.
