« Young men working the desk are helpful, attentive and nice. The guy who seems to be the manager is not very helpful. Says that housekeeping is out today- understandable that happens. The issue is that during a two week stay, the room was NEVER once cleaned or vacuumed, no bedding or towels washed or even swapped out. That lack of attention makes every other small flaw, which there are many, stand out. WiFi is slow & weak signal, which alone probably wouldn’t generate my review. »

« We were told upon arrival that we could not test in the room we booked due to a water leak and mold. Moved to another room that also had mold. Decided to cancel the stay after seeing this. Reached out to oyo as well as Expedia. Expedia was helpful on reaching out to staff about the cancellation policy and a refund. I was told they waived the cancellation and would issue a refund since we provided proof of mold. Nothing has since been processed and I am unable to contact anyone. »

« Beautiful scenery, warm comfortable cabin, fantastic host. Really enjoyed our stay celebrating our 20th anniversary. Also highly recommend South Hill just fifteen minutes away. Great shopping and dining experience. »

« Checked in room around 6pm. Left for dinner. Upon return the door would not unlock. Went to desk and told the gentleman. He made a new key card which didn't work (the lock was flashing red all this time indicating something the hotel should understand). He then came to the door and tried. Did not work. He calls his manager and then tells me it will be 8am in the morning before they can unlock the door. My clothes, laptop, and medications for an upcoming eye surgery are in the room. He gets his...

« I made my reservation on they day of, about 7hours before my arrival. I was glad that they were able to accomendate me with an early check in time. When we arrived the check in staff was very friendly and helpful letting us know about the amenities of the hotel. The room was very nice, big enough room to move around in with a rolling walker, and clean. The only problem was that the bed was too high off the floor for a person with mobility problems. Once I got in the bed it was very comfortable....
