Located within the waters of the Coorong National Park with a private jetty and fully enclosed yard. A tranquil, peaceful setting with abundant birdlife to watch from a fabulous, protected outdoor kitchen patio area. Outdoor firepit for the cooler months (BYO firewood). Plenty of parking for boats and trailers, this family-friendly property is close to a boat ramp if you wish to bring your own boat to explore the Murray Mouth and Coorong National Park. Bream, Mulloway, and Coorong Mullet may be caught from the private jetty. 10 minutes drive to the quaint township of Goolwa. Visit the nearby Murray Mouth lookout, Coorong Cafe, and Hoad's fishery (in season). The place is perfect in both summer and winter as you feel so close to nature. Plenty of wildlife to view and wonderful views out across Mundoo Channel. The sunrises are spectacular and I loved the way the house is bathed in the warming early morning light each day. Tom's is well equipped and very comfortable. The home was well equipped and spotlessly clean with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The view from the house is straight out onto the Coorong. This was especially beautiful at sunrise with the spectacular colours on the water, be sure to get up early to see this.
