### Air-cond and designer apartment with terrace

The apartment, now fully air-conditioned, has undergone a complete renovation which includes the air conditioning system, roof, façade, windows, triple insulation, wiring, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.   
  
The furniture is brand new, featuring a bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen outfitted with top-brand appliances, a bathroom with a natural stone shower, a separate toilet, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine and a terrace.  
  
This listed residence, built in 1860, is conveniently situated close to all city attractions: the city center, lake, market, and shops, and the apartment is on the ground floor.  
  
Linen is supplied, including towels, sheets, and kitchen towels.  
  
The bed is a double, measuring 160x200 cm.  
  
Ideal for a therapeutic spa visit or an extended stay in Vichy.  
  
The apartment also offers the convenience of self-check-in.  
  
The apartment is dedicated solely to travelers. For your convenience, arrivals are autonomous.   
  
You are free to enter the apartment starting at 4:00 p.m.   
  
Similarly, you may depart at your leisure before 11 p.m. on your scheduled departure day.  
  
Guests receive arrival information beforehand, and access is streamlined through the use of a key box, which allows entry to the property without scheduling a meeting.
