"The facility was clean, furnished tastefully but simply, with very modern bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, easy walk to Centro. No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally. There are no outdoor chairs or lobby area, so no opportunity to mingle with other guests. This is acceptable for a short stay, but guests looking for more Italian hospitality and charm will be disappointed."

Nice hotel in it's prime, but reasonably priced

"Nice hotel, very quiet not many people staying at all, I guess due to Italian holidays. We stayed in a spa suite, there were four of us, the price was very good. The room, if I'm honest, getting a bit tired. Some floor tiles coming up, taps loose, sink cracked, toilet kept running. On the whole was quite nice, and I'm sure when it was new it was quite special. Beware, as a family going for swimming, it was €30 for 4 of us to swim and you need swimming hats (€20) quite steep to use the community pool really. Breakfast was very good. Location easily accessible and 15/20 mins from centre of Parma."

"Spacious property with friendly and accommodating staff. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were also wonderful! It's walkable to the to the old town which was quite quaint and full of friendly locals! Would highly suggest this property if youre looking to explore the region and need a place to stay. "
