It had a partial view of the water and a great view of the small plaza adjacent to the water. Everything in the apartment worked and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The beds were not super soft, but that seems to be the theme throughout Italy. The host was very helpful and came to the apartment to show it to us and answer any questions we may have. If I have one small complaint it's that the shower is very small. If you are tall, you won't be able to stand up in it. The hosts have an office steps away and the guest are able to walk in whenever, they were there even on Easter Sunday! The apartment is super clean and comfortable.
