### Charming Cottage in Vernassal with Courtyard and Nearby Attractions

Located in the heart of a rural village with rolling hills, this spacious house is a restored former inn opening onto a large enclosed courtyard of 600 m².  
  
Nearby: a butcher's shop (4 km), the medieval town of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog, etc.) (9 km), and St-Paulien (church, aquatic center, etc.) (11 km). All shops and services are located in St-Paulien (11 km). You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the shaded terrace (20 m²), while children can play on a covered terrace (25 m²) sheltered from the sun.  
  
The entrance is through a large living room (TV) with a kitchenette (1 step), a large adjoining pantry, a shower room and separate toilet, and a cellar.  
  
On the first floor, via the landing, you will access a separate Bedroom 1 (2 single beds), Bedroom 2 (1 double bed), and Bedroom 3 (1 single bed). Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a separate entrance from the landing, followed by a door leading to Bedroom 4 (2 double beds). Bedroom 4 is therefore only accessible from the inside via Bedrooms 2 or 3\. The latter, however, opens onto a small outdoor terrace built on the former barn staircase. A separate bathroom, toilet, and linen room are also located on this level.
