beautiful, But the app communication and texting was insufficient. We were locked out a day in advance. The large dogs were anxious when owners left for the day and barked incessantly. Shower pan/floor was damaged.

We have stayed at the Prescott resort often, on for over 20 years, the decor carpet and everything has been the same, but they are remodeling right now so maybe next time when we go it will be a better experience. The restaurants were closed on the 2 of days that we were there. And that included room service, which we did not know. We did order room service on the third day and it was excellent. The staff was excellent, we asked for extra pillows. They brought them to our room without a problem.
We’re excited to make our next trip to see one of the new remodeled rooms!
