Verde Canyon Railroad Tours and Activities

Extremely disappointed with this hotel and the overall experience. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was hair everywhere, including hair stuck to the walls of the shower, crumbs and chips scattered all over the floor, stains on the walls, and baseboards covered in grime and dust. The room felt dirty and neglected, and I honestly don’t understand how it passes inspection. To make matters worse, I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me while the phone was ringing. Eventually, a staff member came around the corner with the phone in her hand. The customer service was just as disappointing as the cleanliness. For the price of a hotel room, I expect basic cleanliness and decent customer service.

The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, and all over the floor. The shower was so old it was almost impossible to maintain hot water. The bed was comfortable, check in staff was nice. Breakfast provided several options, and overall was ok.
