The 2-room apartment at "Americo" is located on the 1st floor and offers a comfortable living space of 50 square meters. It features an open living/sleeping room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, and a TV. This room also provides access to the balcony. Additionally, there is one double bedroom, and the kitchen is open-plan, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, and a toaster. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment at "Americo" is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You will have access to gas heating, which is available from October 15th to April 15th. Two balconies are available, one of which offers a stunning panoramic view of the lake and surrounding countryside. Outdoor furniture, such as balcony furniture and deck chairs (2), is provided. Other amenities include a washing machine and free WiFi internet access. A garage for one car is available at a distance of 200 meters.  
  
Other Information  
The "Americo" apartment is designed for a maximum capacity of 4 guests and allows one pet or dog. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation.
