"The pool was nice but all the pool surroundings were a disaster. The furniture was shredded, there was only one working umbrella. A huge pile of cigarette butts near the gazebo. It was a disgrace."

"I found it ridiculous that it took an hour to check in when I had already booked and paid online, yet when we arrived the staff was on the phone and never acknowledged us for over 20 minutes. Another staff member came into work and took over and we finally got checked in. I rented 3 rooms and the room my mother was in had not been mopped as there were spots all over the floor and there was food in the microwave on a plate from a fast food establishment. Our room was a bit hard to figure out the outlets, tv, and lights connection and the light in the bathroom would not stay on so we took showers in the dark. LoL. Our room and our boys room was clean and the beds did sleep very well. We were there for 1 night for our oldest son's wedding. Being a new hotel I never dreamed we would have so many issues. No hairdryer either, but the staff was kind to get us one. Not sure why it was not in the room, but it was quickly brought to our room. It was not a terrible stay, but checking in was ridiculous. I have never stayed anywhere in my 57 years that did not have staff the the front desk, however when I had called that early morning no one answered the phone for over 2 hours. Then when I stopped by on my way in town, finally got someone to the desk and was told they were all busy and didn't have a staff at the desk consistently. Just a strange situation but "ok " afterall."

"There was poop in our room under the bed. I wish I was joking but unfortunately true. We have pictures. Also the sheet that covered the box spring was covered with crumbs and dead bugs. We did get a new room but when checked there was a makeup bag under the bed. The cleaning staff was rude rolling their eyes and saying the rooms weren’t that bad. Unfortunately in the new room the AC didn’t work properly so we were uncomfortable all night. Having already changed rooms we didn’t want to move a second time. The front desk staff was very nice though."

"The room was a corner rokm by the staircase so there was a small amount of noise, but the room was very clean. The soap smelled amazing! We like to sleep with our room cold, the AC was perfect for us cold sleepers. Breakfast was warm and had several choices to pick from."

4/10 Poor

"We've stayed here 2 other times in the past and never had any issues. This time the microwave in the room would not stop beeping. We finally unplug it. Couldn't wait for staff person long drive need to go to sleep. Phone in room didn't work. Room not very clean. Very disappointed!"
